With the help of Gilad and Nick, we set up a quad room on the floor last Friday on the floor to test out the spatial sound. It was amazing.
Due to the change of remote learning under the COVID-19 climate, we can't access the facilities, so I decide to explore the spatial sound experience in virtual reality.
I watched these tutorials on youtube about positional audio
Inspired by Mika Rottenberg's piece
My concept is to have a four plane space where each plane has a mouth with media texture inside the mouth, when you move closer, you hear the sound more clearly from each plane.
And when you come back in the center plane, the four side planes will fold up and create a cube space.
I hope to integrate some unreal visual scene's to create virtual spatial sound
